1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Masa Track website and service located at masatrack.base44.app (the "Service"), operated by Masa Track ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a URL redirect path analysis tool that follows HTTP redirects (301, 302, 307, 308), meta-refresh tags, and JavaScript-based redirects to map the full chain of hops a given URL takes before reaching its final destination. The Service includes trace history storage, bulk processing, comparison views, and public sharing via permalinks. Some features require a registered account.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and to keep your credentials and OAuth connections confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Trace URLs you do not have permission or lawful basis to analyze;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Automate or script requests in a way that overloads or impairs the Service;
• Circumvent daily usage limits, rate limits, or access controls;
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content;
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

5. Usage Limits

Standard accounts are limited to five (5) single-URL traces and three (3) bulk-link traces per day, with a maximum of three URLs per bulk run. Administrator accounts are not subject to these quotas. We may modify quota limits, suspend accounts that exceed them, or restrict access to prevent abuse, and we reserve the right to rate-limit or throttle requests to protect Service stability.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any URLs you submit and notes or tags you add to traces. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your submitted URLs solely to perform the redirect tracing and store the results for your use. If you generate a public permalink, that trace becomes accessible to anyone with the link, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it publicly.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and content (excluding your submitted URLs and trace data), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that trace results will be accurate, complete, or current. Some redirects, particularly JavaScript-based ones, may not be fully resolvable. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty USD ($50) if you have not paid for the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights related to URLs you trace or share.

11. Termination

You may delete your account or stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
